check-in

If there are no staff present, we ask that you check in by yourself. Details will be sent to you by email on the day of check-in.
Early morning or late night check-in is possible, but in that case please be sure to let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
You may use the facility at any time after checking in, but your room may only be used from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
We will guide you to the storage room to store your luggage.
Please note that you may be asked to show identification upon check-in.

Check-out is possible at any time.
You will not be able to use your room after 11:00, but you may use the shared spaces outside of your room after check-out.
After check-out, you can store your luggage in the storage room.

[Reception hours] 9am - 9pm

There is a fee for storing luggage on days other than the check-in and check-out dates (300 yen per item/day).
Please note that we operate with a minimum number of staff, so there may be times when the reception is empty.

There are no shared bed plans available for dormitory-type rooms, so please make reservations for one bed per person.
Group reservations are limited to 6 people or less. Please contact us for private reservations.
Guests with children 6 years old and under must use a private room.
Children between the ages of 7 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have their parent or guardian's consent when using the facility.

If you cancel within 5 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total number of nights will be charged.
The cancellation fee will be debited from the credit card you provided when making the reservation.
Please note that this applies in any circumstances, including delays/cancellations in transportation and bad weather.
We are a small inn, so we ask for your understanding that last minute cancellations or no-shows can have a major impact.
